Training:

To complete the Manaslu Circuit Trek, prioritize cardio hikes with a weighted pack, incorporating strength exercises for legs, core, and back, and gradually increase difficulty. Aim for 4-5 cardio sessions a week, 2-3 strength sessions, and regular practice hikes on similar terrain, ideally starting your training 6 months in advance.
