Inquiries and trip planning: your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates, group size and trip preferences, when you use our contact or trip inquiry forms, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
Brochure downloads and newsletter: your email address, when you download a trip brochure or join our newsletter.
Bookings and your account: your name, address, contact details, date of birth, nationality and passport details. Nepal’s trekking permits (RAP, MCAP, ACAP and TIMS) require these.
Passport copy and photos: we ask for these only after you book, because they are needed to apply for your trekking permits.
Health, insurance and emergency details: relevant medical conditions, dietary needs, travel insurance details and an emergency contact. We use these only to keep you safe on the trek and to act in an emergency.
Comments and reviews: your name, email and the content of any comment or review you post.
